Marketing Coordinator

Description

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Create, proof, and distribute marketing content, including email campaigns, flyers, social media posts, and newsletters.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and internal teams to produce promotional materials.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics; prepare regular reports.
• Maintain and update website and social media platforms with fresh content and event information.
• Lead event coordination at trade shows, conferences, webinars, open houses, and community events.
• Handle event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, registration, catering, and on-site setup.
• Work closely with sales, products, and leadership teams to align event goals with company objectives.
• Manage event calendars, invitations, RSVPs, and follow-up communications.
• Represent the organization at events and ensure a consistent and professional brand presence.
• Assist in budget tracking, sponsorship coordination, and post-event analysis.
• All other duties as assigned by supervision.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing. MBA degree is a plus.

Skills: 

• Experience working with marketing design software, HubSpot, and WordPress.
• Experience developing and scheduling content for social media platforms and campaigns. 
• Proven ability to coordinate logistics, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Managing event budgets, sponsorships, or trade show coordination.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and persuade others.

Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in similar field and/or industry.
