SUMMARY:

This position will be serving as a liaison in the proper implementation of our ergonomic program.

TASKS:

This position requires facilitating the Ergonomic Program Elements, including training Ergonomic Monitors in program elements and tasks, daily interaction with Ergonomic Monitors to assign and follow up on tasks, interaction with Team Members in the HMP program including investigation of new illness cases to ensure that effective root cause prevention was attained and preventative measures are being followed on, planning and facilitating monthly ergonomic events, facilitating ergonomic program awareness training at the hourly level in Orientation and Ergonomic Monitor of the week, facilitating ergonomic meetings, studying jobs to identify ergonomic stressors and determining solutions (including utilizing The Humantech System software, writing and follow up of work orders, performing various ergonomic audits, and entering information to tracking systems, and other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRMENTS:

Computer Skills:

Must have basic computer skills to include data entry to Excel and utilizing other Microsoft Office software (ex. Word, Powerpoint, Outlook).

Communication Skills:

Must have good communication skills, bilingual skills preferred.

Preference given to internal qualified candidates currently employed at this facility followed by candidates from other Tyson facilities then external candidates.
