Job Summary:

Leads Lean Six Sigma improvement projects to solve complex manufacturing problems through DMAIC methodology, data analysis, and process improvement. Provides leadership and oversight to cross-functional teams, ensures alignment with organizational objectives, and builds organizational capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitors key performance indicators and leverages data analytics to inform project direction.
• Leads, motivates, and develops team members, promoting a collaborative environment and supporting professional development.
• Manages financial results and communicates progress on objectives; prepares forecasts for future initiatives based on quantifiable enhancements.
• Delivers training and mentorship in Lean and Six Sigma principles and identifies high-impact projects for execution.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Expert in manufacturing and/or continuous improvement.
• Intermediate - Advanced English

Skills:

Analytical Thinking:

• Defines problems, compares solutions, and uses charts to analyze data patterns.
• Identifies factors influencing situations and draws logical conclusions.

Coaching Others:

• Explains coaching within the organization and outlines its role, qualities, and responsibilities in business settings.

Problem Solving:

• Documents problems and solutions, consider stakeholder perspectives, evaluate information accuracy, analyze alternatives, and use diagnostic tools.

Process Improvement:

• Maps workflows, identifies bottlenecks, implements controls, targets major issues, and addresses systemic problems.

Project Management:

• Contributes to project tracking tools, plans simple projects, gathers stakeholder input, and prepares status reports.

Six Sigma Methodology:

• Selects critical metrics, analyzes performance with statistical tools, investigates quality impacts, solves routine issues, and reports deviations.

Top Candidates also have:

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Expert with Lean manufacturing systems.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in advanced analytical tools.

Additional Information:

• Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León Facility.
• Availability to provide multi-site support.
• This position is five-day a week in-office model.
• This position will require travelling up to 25% of working time (Domestic and International).
