The Opportunity
As a Land Coordinator you will provide administrative, coordination, and field support to the Land Access & Engagement team. You will assist with stakeholder communications, property access arrangements, landholder engagement activities, project documentation, and transaction support while gaining exposure to easement acquisition and land access processes.
Working closely with experienced professionals, you'll contribute to the successful delivery of project activities while developing your skills through mentoring, on-the-job training, and practical exposure to a significant infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities
Support stakeholder engagement activities, including coordinating landholder communications, meetings, property visits, and access arrangements.
Assist with the preparation, tracking, and management of project documentation, correspondence, stakeholder records, and property access information.
Provide administrative support for land transactions, including maintaining registers, coordinating approvals, tracking milestones, and supporting document execution processes.
Attend site visits and field activities to assist with property access, surveys, stakeholder meetings, environmental investigations, and project-related inspections.
Maintain accurate project records, databases, and reporting systems while ensuring compliance with project procedures, safety requirements, and document control standards.
Required Skills and Competencies
Relevant qualifications, current studies, or practical experience in property, business, agriculture, environmental studies, communications, project management, or a related field.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel throughout regional Victoria as required.
