The Manager of Surgical Services oversees the operation, scheduling, and business functions of the Operating Room and Procedural Areas to ensure efficient utilization of surgical resources, optimized case scheduling and timely access to care.

Job Description

Schedule: Monday-Friday (7 am - 3:30 pm)

No weekends

No holidays

Provides leadership and direction to Scheduling staff, ensuring compliance with scheduling policies, block utilization guidelines, surgeon preference card management, and regulatory requirements. 

Collaborates with perioperative leadership, anesthesia, surgeons, and administrative stakeholders to maximize operating room/procedural area efficiency, monitor key performance metrics, support financial ad productivity goals and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

Education/Training/Experience:

• High school graduate or equivalent required. 
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience required, 4 years preferred. Surgery/Procedural area experience required. 
• Microsoft Office software required.
