We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Full-time Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about real estate, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in matching tenants with their ideal properties while ensuring landlords receive the best possible service. You will be asked to operate between the Portishead and Clevedon offices so will need to live local and have access to your own car. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential tenants
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Negotiate rental terms and conditions between landlords and tenants
• Manage property listings and ensure they are up-to-date across various platforms
• Handle inquiries from potential tenants via phone, email, and in-person
• Assist in the preparation of tenancy agreements and other relevant documentation
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve company targets and goals
• Stay informed about local property market trends and rental regulations
• Contribute to marketing efforts to attract new landlords and tenants
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, transactions, and property details

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 0-2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in real estate or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Proficiency in customer service principles and practices
• Basic understanding of the lettings process and relevant legislation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required 
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required
