Key Activities:
- To tackle all electrical breakdowns on his shift.
- To liaise with outgoing/incoming shift technicians the state of plants.
- To ensure maximum utilization of electricians.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety at work.
- Liaise with day shift electrical technicians and electrical engineer.
- Carry out other assignments that may arise from time to time.
- The provision of on the job training for all subordinate staff.
- The control and discipline of subordinate staff.
- To inform the subordinates of their job responsibilities and systematically appraise the levels of their performance on their jobs.
- To communicate effectively with other supervisors on matters of organisational interest.
- Advising immediate boss on up-to-date developments in one’s areas of responsibilities.
