Description
Brady Sullivan Properties is growing rapidly and expanding our team. We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time Residential Property Manager for a property in Laconia, NH.
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the property while working to achieve company goals related to occupancy, resident satisfaction, and overall property performance.
Responsibilities
The Property Manager will:
Manage and oversee all day-to-day aspects of the property, including marketing, leasing, and maintenance.
Interact directly with prospective and current residents to maintain maximum occupancy.
Generate and manage leasing traffic, conduct apartment tours, lease apartments, answer phones, and qualify prospective residents.
Prepare lease documentation and complete all move-in paperwork and procedures.
Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract new residents and retain current residents.
Oversee rent collections and assist with capital improvement projects.
Complete required reporting and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain a high level of resident service while ensuring the property operates efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
2–5 years of on-site residential property management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Reliable transportation.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Trustworthy and dependable; a criminal background check will be conducted.
Willingness to work weekends as needed.
