Summary

This role is charged with providing leadership, consultation and contribution on PM business system & process improvements. They will represent the PM product line as appropriate on enterprise-wide business system and process projects as well as continuous improvement initiatives.The Integrated Business Plans Director is responsible for the facilitation & enhancement of the PM S&OP process & system for all functional areas and regions for the business.  This leader will ensure generation and communication of an appropriate product mix forecast to the planning team as well as key product line personnel.This role is responsible for the PM Integrated Business Process (IBP) and Master Data Management (MDM) execution and oversight.  The role also ensures the functional teams timely creation and update of appropriate material masters as well as ensure their execution adheres to export compliance.   This would also include  Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) guidelines. 

You Will Have the Opportunity To:

• Lead, consult, contribute & support directly via IBP team resources to PM business system & process improvements for all PM functional areas & regions.  Coordinates closely with IT & business users to leverage software solutions.
• Facilitate, enhance and continuously improve the S&OP process with users, including IT, to meet PM requirements. Lead, direct, and support critical forecasts.   Facilitate and support PM Leadership forecast discussions, ensure system(s) reflect appropriate data. Ensure support for appropriate demand creation, supply response, and leadership review. 
• Ensure IBP-MDM material master data team executes timely creation of new material masters, updates and amends materials, assists business users in this area & trouble shoots issues as business situations dictate. Creates & maintains appropriate tools with IT and IBP team members.
• Provide leadership, oversight, and guidance to IBP-MDM team members worldwide. Mentors & motivates team members, ensures proper tools, training & education is provided to meet team & company objectives.

Job Requirements

Education

• Required:  Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain or related
• Preferred:  MBA, Masters’ degree, Procurement professional certification (e.g. CIPP, CIAPP)

Experience

• Required: 
  • Strong, demonstrated computer skills (Office365, specifically Excel and PowerPoint),
  • Strong demonstrated knowledge of ERP & S&OP software solutions 8 years
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – able to influence and drive change throughout an organization
  • Demonstrated successful interactions with various functions & organizational levels
  • Demonstrated success in leading process improvement
  • Demonstrated leadership capability
• Preferred: 
  • Previous experience leading planning, organizations preferred
  • Hands on experience & knowledgeable working in an ERP (enterprise resources planning) environment, SAP ECC 6.0 or HANA very strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience & knowledgeable working & leading initiatives in an S&OP software solution, IBP in SAP preferred. 5 years
• Years of Experience: 
  • 10 years professional experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Required: 
  • Strong, demonstrated computer skills (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated comprehension and knowledgeable to leverage quantitative analysis
  • Demonstrably strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly considering significant interaction required with others
  • Must have ability to successfully interact with all functional areas & organizational levels.    
  • Able to lead, direct & support multiple high impact projects & initiatives  
• Preferred: 
  • Ability to travel globally and work in a virtual environment
  • SAP knowledge
