Join us as a Field Service Coordinator and become part of the team that keeps service operations running smoothly across the United States.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll play an important role in helping our service operations run efficiently. Your daily tasks will include:

• Reviewing service requests and understanding what needs to be done

• Assigning tasks to Customer Engineers based on skills, schedules, and urgency

• Prioritizing customer needs and balancing workloads

• Coordinating locations, schedules, and technician availability

• Checking part availability and sourcing parts from different locations

• Tracking estimated arrival times and ensuring updates are accurate

• Communicating with teams across the U.S. via phone, email, and chat

• Documenting updates and actions in our system

• Supporting escalation management and older service requests

• Sharing ideas and feedback to improve our processes

• Participating in training and development sessions
