Are you a good match?

You have a previous experience in the luxury industry (retail, hospitality). You have a strong sense of client services and hospitality. You are a dynamic, flexible, communicative, detail oriented and attentive person. You are sensitive to Jewelry, to the universe of the House and to artistic craftsmanship. You are comfortable in a retail environment in front of an international clientele. You are looking for a team adventure focused on the needs and satisfaction of our customers.Your master several languages, including English.

What are we expecting from you?

The Salon Ambassador reports to the Salon Manager and supports the delivery of an exceptional client experience, from welcoming and selling to clienteling and follow-up. The role acts as an ambassador of the Maison, while supporting events, Salon presentation and daily operations in line with Maison standards and procedures. The role is responsible for:

Delivering an exceptional client experience and seamless in-store journey, from client welcome through to sales and follow-up.

Drive selling and clienteling activities, including client recruitment, sales processing and developing long-term client relationships.

Act as an ambassador of the Maison, demonstrating strong knowledge of its history, products and brand identity.

Support the events, visual merchandising and boutique presentation in line with Maison standards.

Ensure smooth daily operations, including stock, supplies, back-office tools and administrative tasks.

Maintain high standards of Maison policies, procedures and product handling across all activities.
