We’re committed to improving gender balance at PwC and to increasing the visibility of female leaders across the firm. While women make up 44% of our early careers hires, female talent remains underrepresented in our industry, especially at senior levels.

This programme is designed to inspire and support undergraduates interested in professional services, while giving them the opportunity to hear from women at PwC about their careers and experiences. Come and meet the inspiring women who are leading PwC into the future.

Deals

In Deals, you’ll provide strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. We help clients maximise the value they gain from their most complex and significant transactions.

What you’ll need  

You are in the first year of an undergraduate degree in any subject; 

Or in your second year of a four-year degree in any subject. 

When you apply, we’ll also ask for your location preference.  If you successfully complete the recruitment process, we’ll then let you know which office you’ll be based in during the three-day programme. Please be aware that we may not be able to offer you your first-choice office location.
