Description

We are currently looking for a friendly and energetic Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team! The Bartender will provide exceptional service to members and guests while preparing and serving beverages in a welcoming and professional environment.

• This is a Full-Time Hourly Position
• Shift:  Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Pay rate: $17/hour + gratuities

Requirements

 What You’ll Do  

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer according to established recipes and portion standards.
• Set up, stock, clean, and maintain the bar throughout service.
• Use the POS system to accurately charge member accounts.
• Follow responsible alcohol service, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with beverage service for special events, golf tournaments, pool service, and other Club functions.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including restocking and bar cleanup.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to provide a consistent and welcoming member experience.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of bartending experience in a private club, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and current beverage trends.
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have or be able to obtain TIPS certification.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and peak-season events.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
