Field Sales Representative – Unilever | Convenience

Full Time | Fixed Term Contract until 31 December 2026 | Monday–Friday (40 hours)Salary: £30,784 per annum (London/M25 – pro rata) + up to 10% bonus + company car

Territory: Central & North London – including Camden, Islington, Hackney, Haringey, Westminster and surrounding areas

Store visits: Approx. 25 store visits per weekTravel: Travel between stores by public transport or car, public transport costs covered

Working for Smollan, you'll represent Unilever as part of an exciting new convenience-store campaign, visiting small-format stores across your territory, including retailers such as Tesco Express and Morrisons Daily.

You'll take ownership of your territory, building strong relationships with store teams and making sure Unilever brands are available, visible and easy for customers to find.

What you'll be doing

This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll manage your own territory and typically visit around five stores each day. You will:

• Visit convenience and small-format stores across your territory
• Build strong relationships with store managers and teams
• Make sure Unilever products are stocked, visible and easy to find
• Identify and resolve gaps on shelf
• Support promotions and improve product displays
• Spot opportunities to increase visibility and drive sales
• Use your relationships with store teams to influence positive changes in-store
• Plan and manage your own journey across your territory
• Use simple mobile apps to record your visits, report activity and share insights

What are we looking for?

You don't need previous field sales experience – we're more interested in your attitude, confidence and ability to build relationships.

You'll be:

• Confident, friendly and comfortable approaching new people
• Great at building relationships with different types of people
• Self-motivated and happy managing your own day
• Organised and able to plan your territory effectively
• Able to spot opportunities and take action
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
• Confident using apps and technology on your phone
• A full UK driving licence holder
