We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeper at the Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites Fargo in Fargo, ND. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in providing our guests with a clean and comfortable environment during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and changing bed linens
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and restocking amenities
• Ensuring all guest rooms are cleaned to company standards in a timely manner
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to meet guest expectations
• Adhering to safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment

Weekends required: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts are mandatory for this position. We are looking for individuals who are able to commit to weekend hours.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment

Weekends required: In addition to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts, occasional weekend flexibility may be needed based on hotel occupancy and scheduling needs.
