Join our Saint Luke's Cardiology Team as a Scheduler on the Plaza!

• Full Time
• Monday - Friday 830am - 5pm - No Nights, No Weekends
• Hybrid opportunity after 90 months
• Previous scheduling experience preferred within medical office, clinic, hospital or specialty practice
• Strong computer and customer service skills and attention to detail required.

The Opportunity:

Make a meaningful impact on patient care everyday. As a Cardiology Scheduler, you play a vital role in coordinating appointments, diagnostic testing, follow up care and helping ensure patients receive timely access to services they need.

• This role is the central contact for the physicians and nurses at each Cardiology office.
• Completes scheduling from referrals and manages provider’s recall lists.
  Takes incoming phone calls for operator and scheduling lines.
  Provides cross coverage for registration/reception.
• Schedules appointments and services.
• Determines financial accountability based on information and referrals.
