Job Responsibilities
- Support regional HR initiative planning and execution, managing talent and strategic project timelines, milestones, and action trackers to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with APAC HR leaders, business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, organizing meetings and following up on decisions to drive alignment.
- Support administrative logistics for regional leadership, talent, engagement, and recognition programs, maintaining documentation and governance materials.
- Plan and execute employee communication and cultural initiatives, developing newsletters, stories, and internal campaigns to boost engagement.
- Create high-quality communication materials (e.g., PPT, event resources, executive briefings) and leverage digital channels to enhance program visibility and experience.
- Consolidate multi-source HR data, prepare reports/dashboards, and visualize trends to support workforce planning, talent review, and regional decision-making.
Job Requirements
- At least 1Y working experience and Bachelor's or above degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, related major.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills; able to create professional presentations and materials for regional stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Workday, Visier, or data/reporting platforms is a plus.
- Experience studying or working in a multicultural environment; adaptable to cross-cultural collaboration.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills; detail-oriented, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in HR, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Employee Experience, or Organizational Effectiveness; basic data analysis and reporting skills are preferred.

- 制作高质量沟通物料(PPT、宣传稿、高管简报等),通过数字化渠道增强项目曝光与员工体验。
- 整合多源HR数据,产出人力资源报告、仪表盘,运用可视化呈现人力趋势与业务洞察,辅助人力规划与区域决策。
岗位要求
- 至少1年工作经验,并拥有人力资源、心理学、工商管理、传播学或组织发展等相关专业的学士或以上学位。
- 优秀的英文书面与口头沟通力,能独立撰写专业材料与演示文稿,对接亚太区域高级管理者。
- 精通PPT与Excel;熟悉Workday、Visier等数据分析或报告平台者优先。
- 具备多元文化环境学习或工作经历,适应跨文化协作。
- 强组织与项目协调能力;注重细节且主动,能多任务并行并在快节奏下独立工作。
- 对HR、人才管理、领导力发展、员工体验或组织效能有浓厚兴趣;具备基础数据分析与报告撰写能力者优先。
