You don't rely on job boards and cold outreach alone. You've built a real, personal network over the course of your career: people who know you, trust you, and pick up when you call. You bring candidates a level of care and attention that feels more like a trusted advisor than a transactional recruiter. You listen, you follow up, you make people feel genuinely looked after throughout the process.This role exists because we believe that kind of relationship-driven recruiting, deep networks and high-touch candidate experience, is something we can build inside our own team, instead of outsourcing it to external agencies or headhunters.What You'll DoOwn full-cycle recruiting for roles across the organization (R&D and beyond): sourcing, screening, interview process management, and closing.Source proactively across various platforms and tools, blending modern AI-assisted sourcing with your own network and direct outreach.Lead with relationships: reach candidates through your own professional network, not just inbound applications or cold sourcing.Give every candidate a high-touch, closely-managed experience: clear communication, real attention, and a process that reflects well on Upwind.Fully unlock our internal potential: referrals, employee networks, and every internal connection we have, as a real, ongoing source of talent, not an afterthought.Collaborate closely with recruiters across Israel, EMEA, and APJ, and stay aligned with team goals and standards.
