What You Will Get To Do:
The Associate will support various operational and client service functions within SS&C Technologies, Inc., contributing to the efficient delivery of services and solutions to our clients. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily processing of financial transactions, data entry, and reconciliation activities.
• Prepare and review reports, statements, and other financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve inquiries and provide timely updates.
• Support senior staff in project execution and operational tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and escalate potential issues or discrepancies to appropriate management.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance professional skills and industry knowledge.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a financial services or operations role, internships considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
