Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Global Services Total Rewards Analyst, Total Rewards Delivery (TRD), located in Bogotá, Colombia.
The Global Services Total Rewards Analyst will be part of the Total Rewards Delivery (TRD) team, responsible for supporting operational processes across Benefits, Leave Administration, and Compensation. This role will focus on delivering high-quality operational support through transaction processing, case management, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement while ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with established service levels.
Key Responsibilities
Execute daily operational activities related to Benefits, Leave Administration, and Compensation programs.
Process employee transactions accurately and timely across HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage and resolve cases through case management platforms, meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Perform system updates, data audits, mass uploads, validations, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
Investigate and resolve operational issues, identify root causes, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Partner with Payroll, Experience Center, HR teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve employee inquiries, operational issues, and escalations.
Monitor operational metrics and contribute to service delivery excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
Support process standardization, automation opportunities, and operational efficiency projects.
Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls and governance requirements.
Support annual events, business changes, acquisitions, divestitures, and special projects related to Total Rewards operations.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work, mitigate risks, and enhance stakeholder and employee experiences.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required.
Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency required, including the ability to actively participate in meetings and collaborate with global stakeholders.
1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Shared Services, Operations, Employee Services, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Case Management, Customer Operations, or related operational environments.
Experience managing high-volume transactions and meeting service delivery expectations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
Experience working with service metrics, deadlines, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, HRIS platforms, or other case management systems.
Experience supporting Benefits, Compensation, Leave Administration, Payroll, or HR operations.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, automation initiatives, or operational excellence practices.
Experience working within Shared Services, Global Services, or service delivery organizations.
Experience creating reports, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
