Description
- Hourly Pay Range: $33.90 – $45.25 / hour (commensurate with experience)
- Estimated Annual Salary: $70,512 – $94,120 / year (based on full-time schedule)

- Emergency & Acute Care: Perform rapid clinical assessments, initiate emergency interventions, and manage acute patient stabilization in the Emergency Department.
- Inpatient & Telemetry Care: Deliver holistic nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) for Med-Surg and cardiac-monitored telemetry patients.
- Autonomous Decision-Making: Make independent clinical judgments, manage patient handoffs, and document comprehensive care plans accurately in patient electronic medical records.
- Interdisciplinary Communication: Collaborate effectively with attending physicians, mid-level providers, and clinical staff across a close-knit team environment.
- ED Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated Emergency Department RN experience [Required].
- Specialty Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of combined ICU, PCU, or Med-Surg RN experience [Required].
- Cardiac Monitoring: Proven experience with telemetry monitoring and cardiac care [Required].
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License [Required].
- Certifications:
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) [Required].
- Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) through the AHA [Required].
- Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through the AHA [Required].
- Preferred Attributes: Prior experience in rural health or small Critical Access Hospital settings; strong self-direction and team communication skills.
