Dynamic Spine and Pain Institute is excited to add a Medical Receptionist to our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in a medical office environment or for an experienced healthcare professional looking for a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
No prior medical office experience is required. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with computers, can multitask in a busy environment, and has a strong interest in working in healthcare.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our front office team, you will:

Greet patients and provide friendly, professional customer service

Check patients in and out for appointments

Answer phones and assist patients with questions

Schedule and coordinate patient appointments

Enter and update patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Verify insurance and assist with patient registration and intake

Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Communicate with patients, providers, and other members of the care team

Assist with general front office and administrative duties
