Location: Goderich, ON
Pay: $21.00–$22.00/hour

About the Role
HealthOPM is urgently recruiting a Personal Support Worker (PSW) for a retirement home in Goderich.
This is a hands-on PSW position providing personal care to seniors. Housekeeping is also a required part of the role, so candidates must be comfortable assisting with cleaning, laundry and resident rooms as needed.
Shift Availability
Candidates must be flexible and available for shifts as needed:
- Days: 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
- Evenings: 2:30 PM–10:30 PM
- Nights: 10:30 PM–6:30 AM
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
- Assist with mobility, transfers and activities of daily living
- Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties as required
- Assist with laundry and maintain clean resident rooms/common areas
- Observe and report resident changes or concerns
- Work collaboratively with nursing and retirement home staff
Requirements
- Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate
- Comfortable performing both PSW and housekeeping duties
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check
- Current TB screening/clearance
- Retirement home/LTC/senior-care experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to Goderich
- Flexible availability, including weekends and short notice
- Available to begin immediately
