More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for as an Order Management Intern in Lima, Peru, with Signify, the world leader in lighting.  

• Manage order book, ensuring execution on all order management processes and functions, including both launch and replenishment.
• Develop deep knowledge and understanding of order management end-to-end processes, from broad view impact down to detail execution so that there is a clear grasp of impacts for all order management actions. 
• Collaborate in orders and project execution analyzing back order and arrival dates, providing full information and reviewing root causes of delays and order issues.
• Provide proactive issue resolution for all operations supported issues, and metrics. Develop and create regular communication and reporting to consolidate the interface between Signify and the customer. 
• Contribute input to scorecard evaluations as applicable. Source and leverage data that will drive creative solutions to maximize business value. Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and used metrics.
