About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative A&P Executive to support the planning and execution of thematic / festive campaigns, events, and promotional activities for a retail mall in mixed development. The candidate will also be responsible for organizing flea markets, pop-up booths, and other leasing activities to drive foot traffic and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute thematic / festive campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and external partners for promotional activities.
• Assist in social media / publication content creation.
• Organise flea markets, bazaars, roadshows, and events.
• Source and liaise with flea market vendors, exhibitors, and potential event partners.
• Manage vendor registration, booth allocation, event setup, and on-site coordination.
• Ensure events and promotional activities run smoothly and meet the mall’s requirements.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Assist with A&P budgets, promotional materials, event equipment, and merchandises.
• Support other marketing and event activities when needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of working experience in A&P, marketing, events, shopping malls, or retail industry.
• Experience in organising flea markets, bazaars, roadshows, or events is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
