What You'll Do
- Develop and grow relationships with key architecture and design firms
- Drive business development and influence specifications
- Manage and grow a portfolio of A&D accounts
- Partner with internal teams to develop solutions for complex projects
- Build relationships with architects and designers
- 5+ years of experience in A&D sales or a related industry
- Established relationships with top-tier A&D firms in Manhattan
- Proven success in sales and business development
- Strong understanding of the architecture and design community
- Ability to sell and develop business, rather than function primarily as a brand ambassador or marketer
