Description
As a Working Student in our Global Commercial Excellence, Launch Excellence & Insights team, you will support a variety of projects and activities related to product launches, commercial excellence and business insights across our global organization.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Launch Excellence Support: Assist in the planning, preparation and execution of global product launch activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of launch excellence frameworks, tools and dashboards.
- Commercial Excellence & Planning: Support commercial excellence initiatives, key planning processes and the sharing of best practices, tools and templates across the organization.
- Insights Generation: Analyze market research and secondary data to uncover trends, generate insights and support business discussions and decision-making.
- Business Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, patient populations and industry developments and summarize relevant findings for the team and key stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Project Support: Support international projects related to commercial excellence, launch readiness, forecasting and business planning.
- Management Reporting & Stakeholder Support: Prepare presentations, reports and decision-making materials, and support the preparation of workshops, meetings and discussions with global stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
- You are an actively enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Health Economics, Marketing & Communication, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry, commercial strategy, product launches and data-driven decision-making.
- You combine strong analytical thinking with a structured and proactive way of working and enjoy translating data into actionable insights.
- You communicate effectively with different stakeholders and are comfortable preparing presentations and summarizing complex topics.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint is a plus.
- You are available to work ideally 20 hours per week for at least 12 months.
- You are fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
