Job Description

Learning & Development (L&D) Intern

The Learning & Development (L&D) Intern will support the delivery and continuous improvement of employee learning initiatives, including training programs, workshops, and webinars, both in-person and online. This internship offers hands-on experience across a variety of L&D activities in a multinational business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination and delivery of workshops, webinars, training sessions.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including enrollments, attendance, completion tracking, and training records.
• Monitor participant progress, send reminders, and support employee engagement throughout learning programs.
• Collect participant feedback and training metrics to help evaluate program effectiveness.
• Provide administrative and technical support before, during, and after learning sessions.
• Create and distribute engaging internal communications, including emails, posts, and video content, to promote learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and L&D colleagues across different hubs.
• Support the digitalization and organization of training records and documentation.
• Contribute ideas and hands-on support to improve the overall learning experience.

Qualification & Experience:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• English medium to advanced.

The monthly compensation for the internship program is 4,444 RON gross. This amount is fixed and applies uniformly to all full-time internship roles within the GBS Internship Program.
