Responsável em realizar atendimento ativo via telefone e chat aos clientes da Ticket Log do segmento de manutenção, dando suporte na utilização da nossa plataforma e acompanhando os processos.
Atividade:
- Contato ativo via telefone, chat e WhatsApp
- Realizar atendimento identificando a necessidade do cliente e solucionando os seus questionamentos
- Atuação em protocolos administrativos e backoffice
- Registrar os atendimentos através de sistemas interno
- Acompanhar e sugerir melhorias de sistemas e processos.
Pré requisitos:
- Ensino Médio Completo
- Experiência com atendimento ao cliente será um diferencial
- Ter resiliência, empatia e pró atividade
- Gostar de trabalhar em equipe
- Conhecimento do Pacote Office.
