Network Administrator - Management Information System/Office

Network Administrator – IT Operations ensures that the company's network infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable, enabling uninterrupted retail operations across all branches. Rather than simply resolving network issues, the role proactively identifies risks, recommends improvements, and partners with business units to ensure technology supports operational excellence, business growth, and an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or any related computer course.
• At least Minimum of 1 year of experience in Network Administration, or IT Infrastructure Support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, Routing, and Switching.
• Experience configuring and managing network devices such as routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of network security principles, monitoring tools, and access control.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, cloud networking, and backup solutions is an advantage.
• Experience supporting multi-site or retail network environments is an advantage.
• Strong documentation and technical reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues and solutions clearly to non-technical users and management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Hardworking, proactive, highly organized, and customer-service oriented.
• Willing to travel to company branches and provide after-hours support during critical incidents when necessary.
• Willing to continuously learn new technologies and industry best practices.
