Financial Reporting, including IGAAP and US GAAP Month close activities Finalization of accounts Handling compliance and Audits - Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, IFC Audit Oversee all accounting operations like Accounts payable, T&E, Payroll processing, Fixed Asset Management. Intra group contracting, mark-up Inter company billing Reconciliations and reviews Process controls and improvements Solid accounting and financial skills Updated on IGAAP, USGAAP, Companies Act and latest rules in taxation Good analytical, organizational, planning and initiation skills Must be able to work well with people and promote a team environment Good verbal and written communication skills Handling and closing things independently Working in SAP environment preferred Chartered Accountant/bachelor's degree in finance and accounting Minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience Experience of accounting and compliance functions Preferred experience in captive units of MNCs Preferred experience in S4 HANA/SAP ECC
