Responsibilities
Assist the Treasury Capital Markets team in the following activities:
- Execution of PEP’s commercial paper program and investment of cash
- Tracking the execution of PEP share repurchase program
- Review of PEP deferred compensation hedging program and rebalancing actions
- Interest expense annual plan and period forecasts
- Periodic, monthly, and quarterly close activities
- Special projects including benchmarking exercises, capital structure analysis, automation/efficiency initiatives, etc.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and Key Operating Control requirements.
To be successful, the candidate must be extremely driven, have an eye for detail, deliver results within deadlines while balancing multiple concurrent priorities, and be prepared to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In addition, each team member will have the opportunity to rotate roles within PepsiCo’s broader Treasury team over time, providing the opportunity to build skills and capabilities and become a well-rounded finance professional. PepsiCo’s Treasury team is responsible for:
- Capital market activities, including funding, banking relationships, credit rating agency management and shareholder returns at the corporate level
- Supporting our global businesses on all Treasury aspects, including cash management, funding and liquidity management
- Managing and hedging PepsiCo’s financial risks (FX, commodities, interest rate, etc.)
- Pension investment and liability management
- PepsiCo’s global insurance and risk management programs
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,600 - $123,150.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0-2 year of experience, preferably in Corporate Treasury/Finance, Banking, Investing or Financial consulting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and excellent Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, Pivots, etc.) Experience with Bloomberg is a plus
- Familiarity and/or demonstration of integrating automation/AI into processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CFA (or progress towards) is a plus
