So does what you bring to the table.What we need from you7+ years of B2B Inside Sales experience - valves or process control equipment strongly preferred3+ years leading a team in an industrial or technical environmentReal technical fluency: control valves, isolation valves, pressure relief, P&IDs, and the ability to translate customer specs into solutions that work commercially and technicallyA track record of negotiating complex contracts and holding the line on margin, risk, and customer needs - simultaneouslyA bachelor's degree in engineering or businessComfort with CRM platforms and building dashboards that track what matters: conversion, response time, customer satisfactionSpanish language skills are a bonus, not a requirementThe bar is high.
