Role Type: Contractor

Location: Remote

Scope of Work

Prioritize and triage incoming requests with precision under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditions experience.

Monitor and manage multiple communication channels simultaneously, including radio, phone, and digital platforms.

Apply APCO or NENA protocols to assess, record, and route incidents in accordance with documented procedures.

Provide clear, concise, and accurate written and verbal responses during fast-paced, simulated or real-world emergency scenarios.

Deliver detailed feedback regarding incident handling, decision-making, and escalation processes for AI model evaluation and development.

Assist in scenario development by outlining typical and edge-case dispatch situations and recommended response protocols.

Review and annotate transcripts or incident logs to ensure fidelity and clarity for training data sets.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of active experience as a police dispatcher, coordinator, or equivalent in emergency communications.

Demonstrated expertise in prioritization, multitasking, and rapid decision-making in high-stress environments.

APCO (Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials) and/or NENA (National Emergency Number Association) certification strongly preferred.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and professionalism.

Familiarity with dispatch protocols, CAD systems, and modern emergency communication technologies.

Experience documenting and communicating procedures for training or quality assurance purposes.

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative approach to project-based work in a remote setting.
