Job Overview
As a Workspace Experience Coordinator, you will be the front-line brand ambassador at one of Marvin’s five manufacturing facilities in the Fargo area. You’ll create exceptional experiences for employees, guests, and leadership by managing front-of-house operations, coordinating internal events, and supporting the Plant Manager with high-level administrative tasks. Your role is essential in fostering a welcoming, efficient, and connected workplace culture.

Provide Exceptional Service
Warmly welcome and assist visitors, guests, and employees.
Address needs with attentive problem-solving and a positive presence.
Facility Coordination
Serve as the primary contact for all facility-related requests, meetings, and events.
Maintain high standards for the facility and enhance stakeholder experiences.
Operations Leadership Support
Generate and distribute status reports, videos, and planning documents for the Plant Manager.
Manage the Plant Manager’s calendar, reports and project support.
Organize Operations Staff meetings, including scheduling, notetaking, and follow-up.
Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for leadership.
Front Office Management and Administrative Support
Oversee office supplies, camera monitoring, mail delivery, and other front office activities.
Manage communication channels, data entry, filing, and general company email.
Coordinate office equipment services and maintain office supply levels.
HR Collaboration
Partner with HR and leadership to implement recognition programs.
Manage merchandise sales and supply inventory.
Greet and assist interview candidates with assessments and interviews.
Internal Culture Promotion
Collaborate with cross functional teams to support internal events and experiences that strengthen Marvin’s culture.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
Bachelor's or associate degree in a business-related field preferred; or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
