Make a real difference in your community

Are you passionate about helping others live safer, healthier, more independent lives? Join our team at Waythrough and support people facing challenges around mental health, substance use, housing or domestic abuse. This is more than just a job – it’s a chance to build meaningful relationships and create lasting change.

About the Role

You will manage, supervise and oversee a multi-agency/multidisciplinary team, providing a flexible and accessible service to service users.

The role involves working closely with other agencies and developing effective links with services and facilities within community and custodial settings to benefit service users. You will also support the development of effective pathways and procedures across the service.

You will work alongside the Service/Area Manager to support the effective delivery, monitoring and development of the service, including performance against service specifications and contractual targets.

You will also deputise for the Service/Area Manager and provide ongoing service cover in the absence of other managers across the service.
