Job Description:
Onni Hospitality is seeking an experienced, data-driven Senior Hospitality Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing strategy for its growing Hospitality portfolio. This role oversees e-commerce and paid media strategy across a collection of distinctive hotels and restaurants in Chicago, Dallas, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Seattle, Vancouver, and Italy.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Onni Hospitality during a period of significant expansion. Over the next 6–12 months, the successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the digital marketing function, building an in-house team, and shaping the future of digital marketing across the Hospitality portfolio.
Perks:
Competitive pay & a Comprehensive Benefits Package.
Benefits include company-paid extended health care, dental care, vision care, life insurance, critical illness, and critical life insurance.
Annual Education Allowance
Generous Referral Program
Fun & collaborative company culture with lots of team building events
Local discounts to restaurants, clothing stores, personal training, and more
Free access to a fully equipped gym
Friends and Family rates for hospitality brands.
What You Will Do:
Lead digital marketing strategy across Onni Hospitality’s portfolio of hotels and restaurants, with a focus on driving direct bookings, covers, and guest acquisition
Act as a steward of each property’s brand, ensuring digital creative, messaging, and imagery reflect the design standard, tone, and guest experience of a luxury and lifestyle portfolio.
Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, display, and metasearch, managing media budgets and performance across multiple properties, markets, and demand seasons.
Translate the on-property experience — rooms, restaurants, bars, spa, events, and neighbourhood — into compelling digital storytelling that converts browsers into guests.
Partner closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Operations, and on-property General Managers and F&B leaders to develop campaigns, promotions, packages, and openings that support need periods and revenue goals.
Oversee website performance, booking engine merchandising, SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience, ensuring the digital path to purchase feels as considered as the arrival experience.
Own the digital storefront for each property, including Google Business Profile, reservation platforms, imagery, menus, and listing accuracy across hotel and restaurant channels.
Develop and optimize OTA and metasearch strategies that maximize visibility, grow direct booking share, and reduce reliance on third-party channels.
Support new property and restaurant openings with pre-launch digital strategy, awareness campaigns, and demand generation.
Monitor and support guest reputation and review presence across digital platforms in partnership with Operations, recognizing its direct impact on conversion.
Develop executive dashboards and reporting, translating digital and e-commerce performance into actionable insights and recommendations for ownership, executives, and property leadership.
Ensure accurate analytics, tracking, and attribution across digital platforms, maintaining GA4, GTM, and marketing measurement best practices.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency, reporting, and campaign performance.
Oversee agency and vendor relationships as needed to support digital marketing initiatives and business objectives.
Stay current on hospitality and digital marketing trends, and identify new opportunities to drive innovation and business growth.
What You Will Bring:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance marketing. Hotel and/or restaurant experience is strongly preferred, whether in-house or agency-side.
A genuine affinity for hospitality — an understanding of what makes a property feel special, and an instinct for how brand, service, and design translate into digital demand.
Experience marketing luxury, lifestyle, boutique, or independent brands, with the judgment to uphold brand standards while still delivering on performance targets.
Proven experience managing paid media strategies across Google, Meta, display, and metasearch.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, and marketing performance reporting.
Experience with SEO, website optimization, booking engine optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Familiarity with the commercial rhythms of hospitality — seasonality, need periods, compression, length of stay, and the interplay between direct and third-party channels.
Comfort working with multiple brands and stakeholders at once, including on-property leadership, and adapting voice and priorities property by property.
Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to improve marketing efficiency and campaign performance.
Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Experience leading or mentoring team members is an asset.
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Hospitality, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Willingness to travel occasionally to properties, and a real interest in spending time on site to understand the product first-hand.

$80,000 - $95,000 CAD per year
