As our next Junior Quality Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting quality operations, warranty analysis, validation testing, measurement system activities, and quality performance monitoring. Your expertise in quality tools, testing, data analysis, and continuous improvement will help ensure accurate results, customer satisfaction, and compliance with quality standards throughout the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Perform warranty analysis on customer-returned products and document findings with accuracy and professionalism
• Prepare technical reports and warranty analysis documentation
• Maintain warranty records, collateral controls, and related documentation
• Generate and monitor warranty and quality performance indicators
• Lead and support rapid response activities related to quality concerns
• Communicate warranty and field performance data to Product Development and Engineering teams
• Execute validation tests according to established standards and procedures
• Prepare test reports with high standards of quality, accuracy, and traceability
• Maintain records of all tests and validation activities to support data-driven decision making
• Monitor and control laboratory testing programs and equipment utilization
• Develop and maintain safe test fixtures, gauges, and electrical connections
• Maintain laboratory organization standards through 5S practices
• Manage laboratory equipment inventories, testing capabilities, and maintenance plans
• Support the evaluation of new product designs and determine validation requirements
• Develop and maintain operating procedures for test equipment and laboratory processes
• Create and monitor performance indicators to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Support customer and supplier visits by presenting laboratory capabilities, testing methodologies, and results
• Maintain periodic reporting and KPI updates for the quality organization
What We’re Looking For:
• Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Metrology, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Engineering Technology, or a related field
• Experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or Production environments preferred
• Knowledge of validation testing and quality assurance processes
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, GD&T requirements, and electrical data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and documentation capabilities
• Reading and writing proficiency in English
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience with Failure Analysis methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, DOE, Six Sigma)
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, CQI, and AIAG Core Tools
• Familiarity with IEC 17025 laboratory requirements
• Experience using LabVIEW or virtual instrumentation software
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and Lean Manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of Poka-Yoke and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Fluent English and/or Italian language skills
• Experience with internal audits and quality management systems
