What you’ll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

• Graphic Design – Digital and Print
  • Create and develop designs, visual approaches, look and feels and layouts for various digital and print requirements
  • Interpret and execute creative briefs from concept to design to roll-out with a focus on craft.
  • Deliver work that is in line and compliant with the CI and keep to brand tone of voice.
  • Set-up and execute print ready files, with an understanding on substrates and print processes.
  • Roll-out of design elements with a strong focus on consistency
  • Build an understanding of our products, and our customer per region
  • Be agile to adapt to urgent business needs and reshuffle work as needed.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and techniques
  • Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Conceptualisation and Ideation
  • Create impactful designs based on brief and requirements
  • Ability to develop on big idea
  • Ability to develop fresh and original proactive work and ideate beyond the brief aligned to business goals.
  • Have a great understanding of the context for the content you are creating and have proof points to substantiate application.
• Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaboration with teams and management on designs with an open attitude to feedback, constructive criticism and changes.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships within the team as well all stakeholders in the business.
  • Provide guidance and design knowledge to juniors
  • Share best practices and cutting-edge work with the team.
  • Actively adding to a positive team culture and developing strong working relationships with team and other stakeholders.
  • Attend daily stand-up meetings with the studio
  • Follow instruction and take direction from your lead

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

• 3 year Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or Design Communication
• 5+ years experience in a design/ multimedia role
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft office
• Able to apply a corporate identity in a creative way
• Excellent time management and project management skills for self to meet deadlines.
• Ability to apply trends and best practice in practical and effective ways to the brand and business
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals.
• Expertise in managing projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
• Attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations.
• Excellent team work and ability to work with leadership towards team combined goals.
• Ensure due diligence and best practice in file setup, management, and sharing.

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It will be valuable if you also have the following skills:

• Knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends.
• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry
• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
• Proficiency in the full Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
