Role Summary and Impact 

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic team, with a primary focus on supporting our Learning & Development initiatives, including: 

• Support the end-to-end training programs execution including logistics setup, survey/feedback analysis to the creation and preparation of training materials, presentations, and e-learning content. 

• Help manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) and other training platforms / employee training records stay to date from Global to local.  

• Administer post-training surveys, collect feedback, and assist in analyzing the effectiveness of our L&D programs. 

• Research emerging trends, tools to enable digital and AI-powered solutions in daily work. 

• Support the organization of internal engagement activities, workshops, and town hall events. 

• Provide administrative support to the broader HR team as needed. 

Skills and Experience 

• Currently a junior/ senior student pursuing a BA degree, availability for a full-time, 6-month internship is a plus. 

• Strong interest in Learning & Development, comfortable working & interacting with people at scale including workshops, group meetings & company events. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. 

• Able to work independently, self-motivation, time-management, and multitasking abilities. 

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrates a strong eagerness to learn and contribute. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Savvy with digital technologies and a keen interest in AI are a plus.
