Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:
Specialist Finance (Billing team Invoicing stream)
Type of employment: temporary contract till end of 2027
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Take ownership for Billing Cards Invoicing Team requirements in the 1CP project;
- Participate and represent the team in all 1CP project related meetings;
- Participate and be responsible for user acceptance testing;
- To lead online and classroom user trainings;
- Take ownership and participate in data migration to the new system;
- To provide first line support after system go-live;
- Participate in month closing related tasks;
- Various manual invoice creation for specific customers.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics will be considered as advantage (can be last year student);
- Previous experience in accounting;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- General understanding of ERP systems;
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing) to communicate successfully with colleagues abroad;
- Very good communication and collaboration skills;
- Presice, analytical, organized and stress resistant personality;
- Improvement driven and good team player.
