Why Join ZOLL Medical?

  • Support the sales process, including customer meetings, product demonstrations, proposals, tenders, quotations, follow-up activity and implementation planning.

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer records, forecasts and activity reporting using company systems.

Customer and Clinical Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with clinicians, operational leaders, procurement teams, government agencies and other key decision-makers.

  • Partner with the Clinical Specialist to coordinate product education, demonstrations, evaluations and implementation support.

  • Develop a strong working knowledge of ZOLL products, clinical applications and customer workflows to communicate relevant value propositions.

  • Respond promptly to customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to resolve commercial, clinical, operational or service-related matters.

Projects and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support key commercial, customer and business development projects across New Zealand.

  • Work collaboratively with the New Zealand office team and regional Sales, Clinical, Marketing, Operations, Technical Services and Customer Service teams.

  • Share market intelligence, competitive insights and customer feedback to inform commercial planning and business decisions.

  • Represent ZOLL Medical professionally at conferences, trade shows, training events and customer forums as required.

Territory Planning and Business Development

  • Develop and execute activity plans for assigned customers, projects, portfolios or regions.

  • Monitor market developments and identify opportunities to expand ZOLL's presence across existing and emerging customer groups.

  • Prioritise workload effectively and adjust focus as business needs change across portfolios and geographic areas.

Compliance and Professional Standards

  • Conduct all activities in accordance with ZOLL policies, applicable laws, regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

  • Complete required documentation, reporting, training and administrative responsibilities accurately and on time.

  • Protect confidential customer, patient, employee and company information at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A clinical qualification or professional background in nursing or paramedicine; or demonstrated success in medical device, healthcare or comparable consultative sales.

  • Experience building customer relationships and supporting sales, account management or business development activity.

  • Clinical or commercial experience in acute care, emergency medicine, pre-hospital care, hospital, EMS, defence, public safety or a related environment is desirable.

  • Ability to understand clinical and technical information and translate it into clear customer value.
