Role summary
The Operations and Support VP instills operational discipline in HR communications - ensuring clear prioritization, consistent standards and coordinated delivery across initiatives, stakeholders and channels.
Key responsibilities
> Own communications intake, planning and the editorial calendar; drive transparency and accountability.
> Serve as air traffic control across HR initiatives, issues and escalations; manage sequencing and tradeoffs.
> Create and enforce templates, standards and approval pathways that speed delivery and improve quality.
> Coordinate HR-to-HR communications across functions and regions to reduce duplication and confusion.
> Partner with stakeholders to land the right message in the right channel at the right time.
> Oversee vendor communications governance to ensure employee-centric framing and integration into HR campaigns. What you bring (required / preferred)
> Required: Demonstrated expertise working across groups - driving coordination, decisions and follow-through among stakeholders.
> Preferred: HR subject-matter expertise to strengthen prioritization, accuracy and sequencing.
> Experience: Typically 8-10 years' experience in HR and/or employee communications, communications operations, program/project management and/or editorial operations.
> Strong operational rigor and calm under pressure; proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
> Excellent editorial judgment and a bias for simplicity.
> A do it right, do it simple, tech-enabled mindset.
