Description
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Verify guest age and identification to ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations.
- Accurately process cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, promotions, and venue policies.
- Restock bar supplies, liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, cups, and ice throughout shifts.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and refuse service when necessary in accordance with responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Keep bar areas clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.
- Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including inventory counts and cleaning duties.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety policies.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth event operations.
- Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
