Key responsibilities in your new role

As an HR Digital Trainee for ServiceNow, you will be a crucial connection between HR and IT, ensuring seamless integration and communication between the two areas. You will play a key role in driving HR automation and digitalization within the organization.

• Enablement and User Support: Development of enablement materials to support platform users
• Platform Maintenance and Improvement: Support the team with the maintenance and improvement of the HR ServiceNow Platform, including scaling agentic AI solutions
• Module-Specific Support: Support different modules of the platform (e.g., automated document creation, automation of HR services, system configurations, and more)

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You take initiative, have high-quality standards, and a customer-centered approach. You are a fast learner, curious about technology development and automation solutions for HR.

• Academic Background: A degree in Human Resources, Information Technologies, or a similar field
• Tech-Savvy: You are a tech-savvy and people enthusiast who likes to combine these two fields
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. ServiceNow knowledge and video editing skills are a plus
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory), written and spoken. German knowledge is a plus
