Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the daily execution of Funding and Contract review activities to ensure adherence to

established processes, identifying operational improvement opportunities, supporting audits, and fostering a culture of

accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.

This role provides guidance, coaching, performance management, and operational support to ensure quality,

productivity, and customer satisfaction objectives are achieved.

Key Tasks:

  • Lead, supervise, and support daily Funding operations, ensuring contracts are accurately

reviewed, processed, funded, and documented according to regulatory and company

requirements.

  • Oversee contract audits, pricing validation, document management, and Funding controls to

mitigate operational risk. Act as discounting support on a daily baisis.

  • Monitor operational metrics, productivity, quality and funding performance while implementing

corrective actions when necessary.

  • Act as the primary escalation point for Dealers, DFMs, Sales, Credit, and internal stakeholders to

resolve issues.

Profile:

Education •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

· High proficiency in the English language and minimum of A2 French level.

· Previous Funding/discounting experience.

· Knowledge of US and Canadian financing markets.

· Leadership and team development skills.

· Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

· Effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
