- The CRM Associate supports the day-to-day operation of CRM activities, including customer data management, campaign execution, lifecycle automation, reporting, and coordination with internal teams to improve customer engagement and system effectiveness.
Job Description
- Support the CRM Manager in executing customer lifecycle strategies to onboard, engage, upsell, encourage repeat purchases, and reduce churn across web, app, and retail channels.
- Set up, maintain, and optimize always-on automated CRM journeys and campaigns across eDM, SMS, app push notifications, in-app messages, and other owned communication channels.
- Manage CRM campaign calendars, including audience segmentation, list building, campaign setup, quality assurance testing, execution, and performance tracking.
- Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM platform, monitor data quality and workflow issues, and escalate system or data-related concerns where necessary.
- Analyse campaign and customer behaviour data to evaluate conversion, retention, and repeat-purchase performance; prepare dashboards, reports, and presentation materials with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Country, Analytics, and Operations teams to deliver CRM initiatives, improve customer journeys, and support ongoing process documentation and user training.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Social Science, Marketing or related discipline
- 2+ years experience in CRM, retention or loyalty membership program management
- Familiar with the execution of eDM, push notifications, in-app message and SMS, for both campaigns and automated journeys
- Experience in defining user segmentation and customer lifecycle management
- Experience in working with country and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge in SQL and database data structure is an advantage.
- Previous experiences with marketing automation tools would be preferred, such as Salesforce, Adobe, Insider, Braze or a comparable international CDP
- Experience in managing global membership program, omni channel business nature will be a big plus
