We are looking for people who combine professionalism, empathy and attention to detail to support callers when they need reassurance, guidance and a caring voice.
We provide professional inbound communication services as the trusted first point of contact for many of our clients. Our agents answer calls that range from routine inquiries to urgent and emotionally sensitive situations including supporting families contacting funeral homes during times of loss.
The people who are most successful in this role are those who genuinely enjoy helping others and can remain calm, patient, and compassionate during difficult conversations. They are exceptional listeners who naturally puts others at ease, communicates with empathy and professionalism and recognize that every interaction deserves care and respect. They stay focused under pressure, pay close attention to detail and can confidently navigate multiple. computer systems while ensuring every caller feels heard and supported.
Success in this role also requires excellent active listening skills, accurate and efficient typing, proficiency using Microsoft Windows based computer systems and the ability to handle confidential information without discretion. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and be available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
This position includes handling emotionally sensitive conversations, including calls from families experiencing loss. While these calls can be challenging, our team receives comprehensive training and ongoing support to help them provide compassionate service with confidence.

The Essential Duties of our Representatives are:
- Serve as the first point of contact for callers with professionalism, empathy and care.
- Listen attentively to understand each caller's needs while gathering accurate information
- Document conversations thoroughly and accurately
- Follow established procedures to ensure timely and accurate message delivery
- Provide a calm, reassuring experience for callers during routine and emotionally sensitive situations.
Compensation: $18.50/hr per hour
Shifts:
- Full Time
- Training is 3 weeks - Monday-Friday, 11am-7pm AST
- You must be available to work evenings, a weekend shift, and holidays
