The position is based in our Munich office with Hybrid working available.

Salary of €75,000 - €85,000 Dependent Upon Experience + Bonus + Benefits.

What you will do

In this role, you’ll play a transformational part in ensuring brand success and growth of our Candy, Hoover and Haier product range and solutions to contribute to our main goal in becoming the undisputed leader in the industry and the first choice for consumers seeking smart home solutions.

The Digital and Ecommerce Manager is a commercially driven role sitting within the Digital Sell Out function of the DE/AT cluster. The position owns the full digital sell-out agenda: from Ecommerce performance management and content strategy to partner retail media planning. The role connects platform execution to commercial outcomes and is accountable for ensuring Haier Europe‘s brands of Candy, Hoover and Haier win at the digital point of purchase across marketplaces and retailer environments.

This role works in close alignment with the Ecommerce HQ Europe and China platforms, and the Trade Marketing and physical Sell Out function, ensuring a seamless bridge between brand strategy and in-market digital execution.

What you need to succeed

• Extensive experience in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, or Retail Media roles, ideally within consumer electronics, home appliances, consumer goods
• Proven track record of driving sell-out performance on marketplace platforms
• Hands-on experience with retail media tools: Amazon Ads, sponsored placements, DSP, or equivalent
• Strong content strategy background: PDP ownership, A+ content, brand store management
• Experience in joint business planning with retail or marketplace partners
• Analytically sharp: comfortable with sell-out dashboards, media attribution models, and performance reporting
• Commercial mindset: connects digital activity directly to revenue outcomes and P&L impact
• Strong project management: able to manage multiple platforms, agencies, and internal stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent communication: can translate digital complexity into clear business cases for cluster leadership
• Collaborative: effective at working across product, trade, and brand teams without direct authority
• Proficiency in Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, retail media dashboards, and content management platforms
• Familiarity with BI tools and Ecommerce analytics
• Fluency in German & English
