Compliance Manager

As a Compliance Specialist, you will be part of FactSet's global Compliance team, you will play a key role in keeping the company aligned with a broad set of global regulatory requirements — including anti-bribery and corruption, discrimination and harassment, employment, export control, and intellectual property. Reporting to the Head of Employment, Compliance and Immigration, you will work closely with partners across Finance, Human Resources, IT Security, and Facilities to promote security, evaluate program effectiveness, and manage potential or actual breaches. You will assist in developing and administering the policies, programs, and procedures that facilitate compliance and manage associated tactical and enterprise risks, while also supporting ad-hoc compliance projects and initiatives. This is a hybrid position based in our Sofia office.

What You'll Do:

• Implement, review, revise, and institutionalize policies to encourage appropriate and compliant conduct and to detect compliance risks across the organization, providing advice on possible non-compliance issues
• Administer and track the roll-out of compliance policies using adopted tools, communications, and methodologies to identify, classify, remediate, and track enterprise risk, and support change management associated with remediation
• Administer legal compliance requests and reports, monitor internal mailboxes, respond to general compliance inquiries across companies and offices, and help maintain accurate compliance records, policy documentation, and reporting materials to support internal governance and any external regulatory inquiries
• Support ad-hoc compliance projects and initiatives as assigned, including conducting internal investigations and responding to requests from regional or business-unit stakeholders
• Participate in activities that build compliance awareness across the organization and support the organization and delivery of employee training across various risk and compliance areas
• Partner closely with peers in Finance, Human Resources, IT Security, Facilities, and other groups

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a general understanding of corporate compliance programs, conducting internal investigations, and the ability to identify compliance risks
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and the local language of the jurisdiction
• Ability to work effectively across functions with partners in Finance, HR, IT Security, Facilities, and others
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to administer and track recurring compliance processes to deadline
• Proficiency with standard office productivity software; familiarity with compliance management or case-tracking systems is a plus
• High degree of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information
